    you’re using wrong syntax. Try this code:

    [lightbox src="http://www.18weeks.net/demopdl2/ccpas/findallreferrals/find-all-referrals-1.mp4"][button] Open video [/button][/lightbox]

    Also, you need to know that this video will works only in browsers with HTML5 Video support. Alternatively you can upload your video on YouTube and then use a direct link. This is a crossbrowser solution (even for mobile devices). For example:

    [lightbox src="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NbE8INOjTKM"][button] Open video [/button][/lightbox]
