Hey guys,

is there a way to use two post templates at the same time?
I mean, if I write an article with the standard template, the image preview I used is not visible.
And if I use the gallry template, the preview picture is visible but the comments are disabled.

How can I handle that?

No, but you could make a custom template to look however you want –

codex.wordpress.org/Page_Templates

Specifics depend on the theme you are using –

That worked for me, thanks 🙂

I’m using the ascetica Theme and had to change the post.php.
I’ve add the line
<?php comments_template( '/comments.php', true ); // Loads the comments.php template. ?>
under // ascetica_open_content.

Might be helpful to others.

Hopefully you are using a child theme to make these changes?

Otherwise your changes will be overwritten and lost when the theme is updated.
