I recently imported my blog from WP.com to WP.org, using the Neoclassical theme. In my dashboard, I see all comments for posts and pages. However, when viewing the blog, I cannot see page comments (About), nor can I receive new comments.
Is this an import issue or a theme issue?

Go edit a post and see if comments (under "discussion" in the post editing screen) is turned off. Go to "Options | Discussion" and see if that is off as well.

I have the same problem - comments are enabled in both places.
I have some posts that should have 100's of comments and only show 1,2, or 3.
Some posts show all of them.
Any ideas?

I think same for me. All latest updates done. None of the pages have comments at the bottom nor any other information like author. Normal posts are all OK. Checked all settings, all "comments" are allowed.
