Plugin for Contest Management

    I have searched both this site and through Google for a WordPress plugin that would manage a contest.

    Basically when activated the contest would provide visitors with a form on the front page to enter into a contest to win a iPod, iPhone, whatever. The site administrator will then be able to randomly select a winner of the entered candidates by pressing a button in the admin.

    I am looking for something close. If you know of two or three plugins that can be merged together would be good as well.

    Hi Jallitis.

    I have one up for grabs at http://www.konkurs.ro/concursuri-pentru-bloggeri but i hadn’t had the time to do the translation (it’s in Romanian).

    It’s got multiple types of contests available, lots of settings, contest & applications management, random winner selection and automatic activation/deactivation of contests based on the set date.

    The only problem (which also prevented me from listing it on WordPress) is that it’s not in English. If you can find anyone willing (and able) to translate, I’d be more than happy to help with the process.

    I’d also be interested in something like this and haven’t had much luck finding one, other than the one above. Looking to give away some stuff next week to celebrate my site’s 5th anniversary and hoping there’s some better way than cutting up names and putting into a hat. Any other good ideas out there?
