I am also having trouble installing my template. It has been down “loading” for 4 hours now! Help!
Also, I assumed I could change the color theme of the template. During the selection/purchase process it didn’t say anywhere that the colors couldn’t be changed. Now I don’t think it can. Help!!! So far my experience has not been very good!
From what I can find out, WordPress doesn’t have live help yet the response above leads us to believe they do. Please share a phone number that I can call. This has been frustrating.
Go Daddy was great and friendly but not any help since they do not know answers to WordPress questions.
Sitemap plugins don’t work correctly. They don’t generate files and I have to write them manually and upload on the server.
