How to style the contact form 7 like this? | WordPress.org

The default style of contact form 7 is not attracting. I want to style it as this:

I tried to put all element into the table and design it. Put the code to contact form 7 but its does not work.

My site is built using Headway theme.

Install Firebug or similar developer add-on for your browser. Inspect the element (label, input box, etc) and it will show what the Class is named. Then add that Class element to your CSS file and style it accordingly (width, float, etc). You have to style the form as it’s outputted without tables.
