nginx w3 total cache = header.php not updating

    I have a theme and a child theme. Placing header.php in the child theme (must make no difference to the plugin), then edit the child theme header.php

    The new edits appear only after FULL SERVER REBOOT.

    Clearing all caches, modules, etc – including restarting NGINX does not help. Only a reboot shows the new version….

    That is not how it is supposed to work, right?
