Use a converter or photo editor and change it from whatever it is to .png 24bits or .jpg 60% quality. If you save it as 60% and can’t spot any loss in its appearance, leave it like that. If not, save it as 80%.

Even when I upload a logo 3,09 kb. And I change quality of it.
I also use Regenerate Thumbnails. Other photos are OK. I really don’t know what should I do…

It’s not the file. I loaded it separately and it loads instantly. It’s something else, that’s interfering. Try to suppress the mods you have made to the theme, until you find the culprit. Disable plugins one by one, or css snippets or custom functions. You’ll find it. When you do, post it here and we’ll try to fix it.
If you’re hosting this site on http://sla.pl, then try navigating to it through a regular link something like http://sla.pl/newsite rather than the subdomain. Do you notice any improvements that way?
acub, I tried everything. When logo is on a site- its slow, like you saw. When I remove it- instantly everything is OK. Try now- I removed it and don’t changed anything else: http://www.new.sla.pl
Gezim- when I use other theme in this domain and with this same logo file- everything is OK. So I don’t think that this resolve problem… Of course I could try if you think that this could help
Try placing another logo, something random, and if the same symptoms appear it’s a whole other problem. Just place a random image with the same dimensions.
Also, please do try my suggestion – it won’t hurt and you won’t have to change anything. Just navigate to the installation. If you will, please link us to the installation that way as well.
Gezim, I downloaded logo from other Customizr theme website. And uploaded it to my website for a moment. And, of course, my site is running very slow. This other website, with this same logo, running fine.

About directory. I asked my IT team. Its not that simple, but if I won’t find any other reason they will try to do it for a few hours
