    Could you go to Appearance > Widgets in your dashboard, choose the “Custom” option, and enter your Gravatar email address there?

    If that doesn’t help, could you send me an email via this contact form, and let me know the email address you tried to use? If you reference this thread in your email, I will be able to follow up.
