4 featured post are not aligned

    Hi sorry I created the featured post 4, but the size of these is never the same, are not aligned, when I open the home page with firefox, explorer and crhome, they are always different what i have to do please to be the same size please ? (put 5 lines of text, for example?)

    key is just keep text same top of the line of the page. As it takes text from the page first line and links to rest of the page.
