    Hey,

    thanks for the nice Layout, i really appreciate your work!

    Two things i can’t get further with.
    1) How can I change the displayed text of the featured posts and sides? So the text shown in the slider or featured-area is different from the first words of the article?

    2) The Shortcodes shown on your website don’t work in my template. I used the text-mode instead of visual, so normally it should work.

    Can you please help me?

    Christopher,

    I believe I answered you already through email, but here goes in case someone else faces the same problems:

    1) The small previews for features and slides are controlled using the Post Excerpt. If no excerpt is set, it will automatically crop the post content.

    2) WordPress.org does not allow adding shortcodes to themes in the repository. You can try using Shortcodes Ultimate in the meantime.

    Hello –

    Is there a way to completely remove the preview from the homepage sliders? I’d like for just the featured images to display with no text overlay.
