Forms no longer working

I have more than a dozen contact forms on a site, all done through Contact Form 7 – they were all working originally, and have all stopped in the last couple of weeks. I updated the plugin and still aren’t seeing any emails come through. The form fields also don’t automatically clear on focus, and you don’t receive any kind of confirmation message when you click send.
