it’s not the plugin it’s due to the library : http://code.google.com/p/minify/
the folder of the library is in : bwp-minify/min/lib/CSSmin.php
it’s a parsing conflict with your format of url for your css the simple thing to do is to change the path or the name of your css
in the plugin option test to disable minification of css if you dont want to change the path of your css

I need css minification because otherwise my site doesn’t work correctly with “Hide My WP” plugin

I found a way, just added ‘\’ before each ‘%’ in htaccess
