exclude or seperate categories

Hello,

I have another question:

I would like the abbility to exclude a certain category from being displayed in the ‘My Articles’ section.
How can I do that?

Or maybe to make a sub-menu for the different categories,
like My Articles – Category1, 2, 3 …
