    Hi all. I am new to this community and this is my first question. Perhaps someone will be able to assist? When I am trying to open my webpage (blog) the URL address line starts to fill with strange symbols endlessly and in the end the page doesn’t open but I get this message:

    Request-URI Too Large

    The requested URL’s length exceeds the capacity limit for this server.

    I didn’t make any changes recently – it just happened:( I am not very technical and have no idea how to fix it. Perhaps someone knows more?

    If this just started recently, it could be due to a limit or software update by your web host. What host are you using? You may wish to contact them, and explain this issue to them.

    Hi BurkeKnight. Thank you so much for your respond.
    It started yesterday, and I didn’t do any updates. Perhaps I have to reach the hosting company to seek their assistance? Can my webpage be hacked?

    Dear BurkeKnight, thanks once again for a great tip to call for help at my hosting company. The girl there was really of a great help (although the problem was not in the hosting or server). The problem was in 2 plugins: Login Ninja and Instant Search & Suggest. I deactivated all plugins and then started activating them one by one, this is how I found which ones are mal-functioning. Perhaps this tip will be useful for some of you experiencing the same problem.
