Expound template for video thumbnails? help!!

Hi there my site is http://www.rocksarenotoranges.com

and I am currently thinking of switching templates so that I can
post a video I made on the site with it showing up in a youtube window player if you get what I mean.

Problem is my current template oxygen doesn’t support it so im
thinking of switching to expound does this support video?

any recommendation of templates would be appreciated thank you!
P.S any templates that will give me a video thumbnail would be
awesome cheers.
