Shows 2 lists on 1 post.

The list of related posts shows twice on my posts. Once on top (or in the middle) of the post and then once on the bottom. I would like it to only show on the bottom. Can you please tell me what I need to do to make this happen? Also, the thumbnails are huge. Is there a way I can make it so they just show up as small thumbnails, instead?
