Can this work with Custom Post Types, as well as 'posts'?

    I have a Custom Post Type (medical case reports) with entries distributed across many categories (medical conditions). Is there any way to have the links constructed to point to the custom posts which include the various categories, rather than the default WP category posts?

    I will take a look to see if I can add this as an option in a later release but it isn’t straight forward.
