updated wordpress lost functionality

The 4 green buttons in the left sidebar are populated when the post in the content box is created. In wp below the “Featured Image” in the right sidebar there was a box where you could add the images associated to the 4 green buttons on the site. When I updated wp the box disappeared. New properties can not be added now. I did not work on this part of the site. The person who did passed away. Any incite would be appreciated.
