New Install – not an upgrade issue

I’ve a new install of Nextgen – I’ve never used before so I’m not having upgrade issues.

A couple of questions:
1 – I’ve paid for the Pro version, but I never got the email with the download link.

2 – When I click the Attach to Post interface button in a post – a window opens – but no galleries appear. I do have albums and galleries created.

3 – I tried using shortcode to get around the ATP not working and I used [ngg_images gallery_ids=”2″ display_type=”photocrati-nextgen_basic_thumbnails”] to get my #2 gallery to display. I then got “Not a Valid Template” error. I’ve searched the FAQ and support pages and am not finding anything which would help me fix this.
