Page with rules before form

Hi,

I’ve got a form on my website but I want that page only accessible via a certain ‘rules’ page. People have to read the rules and accept them to get to the form. Also if they fill in the url directly (ie /form), they must me redirected to the rules and first accept them.

Is there a certain plugin that can help me with this?
