I can`t import nor upload :(((

    Hi all,

    I just downloaded this wonderful plugin, but I’ve come across what seems like beginner mistakes.

    I can’t upload, the bar goes to 100%, then it says 0 images were uploaded. I tried different filetypes and everything, but it just didn’t happen.

    Also importing didn’t work, I tried and it said it didn’t work due to permission issues, even though I had my folder on 0777 for that period.

    Please help, I’m a bit frustrated and I want to make this work

    It’s a server related question. To know what the right permission are you have to ask your host, or reset them via c.p.
    777 aren’t permitted in most cases.

    Tanks for your reply.

    I’m not sure I’m getting this right, what do I need to change about my server. I can see the folder is 777, files that are in are 666. Please assist as this is crucial 😉

    As said, it’s a server related question so you have to ask to your provider via ticket, or look at your plesk/control panel if you see a way to update your permissions all at once.
    777 isn’t a good configuration, but it depends by hosting company.
