I need change the text language of the table that visitors see in the website, change the words search-previous-next-showing… to other language. I have no idea how to do this. I searched by ftp software the file that contains this but i dint find it.

Yes, the best way to do this is to use the TablePress Extension that Haoxian mentioned.
