Theme Check doesn't detect Licence inside my Style.css

    I’ve tried different combinations and strings, but Theme Check doesn’t detect Licence inside my Style.css:
    REQUIRED:License: is missing from your style.css header.

    It also doesn’t detect the Tags:
    RECOMMENDED: Tags: is either empty or missing in style.css header.

    Here is my style.css header:
