Feature request

Nice plugin. I have one issue – if you go through several pages on the site the banner keeps popping up and you need to close it every time.

Possible solutions:
a. Make it appear on homepage only
b. Make it appear on the first visited page on the site. If you close it and move to another page you will not get it again
c. Make it appear on your first visit to a site. If you visit it again you will not see it.
