Plugin not displaying on page

Hello,

This plugin looks great except I can’t get it to work. I cannot tell the theme of my gallery I would like it to be a page because the option is blocked out. Also I put the code [syg_page id=VisibleVideo] on my child page http://www.visiblevideo.tv/videos/ and it does not display. How can I resolve this? Thank you and I hope I can get this great plugin to work.
