Twitter & Google buttons gone; reset doesn't work

Hi, All of a sudden the Twitter and Google+ buttons won’t show.

I did try the “reset” button as you suggested in another support thread, but nothing changed. The buttons still don’t show. I tried it three times, cleared the cache, etc…nothing.

I’m using the current version of your plugin with WP 3.6.1

We usually have a lot of Twitter shares, so that button not showing up is a real concern.

Any suggestions?
