• Mike,
I started to continue the translation in French, following what is explained in the FAQ. After almost 2 hours of work, I lost everything I did when I saved. Shit! It said something about fatal error concerning ” (quotes). Si I have 2 questions:

    – are ” (quotes) allowed?

    – what are the pieces of code that we should copy and not change? I think particularly about the /”…/” bits. What’s their exact syntax? (I might have messed up with those, not realizing at first that I should not touch them). Are there other kinds of code we shoudle’t change ?

??? I guess I’ll translate juste for myself then.

If the string has quotes it will have backslashes escaping the quotes, you have to do the same in your translation.

As you do it, you can at any time click “Validate” on the Poedit toolbar to be sure you are doing it correctly.
