Simple Sidebars Not Showing Up in Genesis Tab | WordPress.org

I have the latest Genesis Framework file and installed a new theme by Web Savvy. Genesis Simple Sidebars is installed but I cannot find it under any of the tabs. My Slider is under Genesis but the Sidebars is no where to be found. Any thoughts?

If there isn’t a sidebar menu item under Genesis then check with the Web Savvy folks.
