I couldn't get it to do anything

I’m not a developer, just a blog admin. This plugin sounded like exactly what I needed, a way to create a form on the blog with fields that would map to IS… but I don’t have any idea what it actually does. Once I installed it, i couldn’t figure out what to do with it. Nothing showed up under ‘Settings,’ for it, there was no Widget to create a form in the sidebar, even under plugins, the only thing I could do was to activate it or to look at the code. I couldn’t even figure out where to put my InfusionSoft information, so that it would know where to send the form contact information (after I added one, I’m assuming). I wish it had worked, but for now, I’m just going to have to manually add an InfusionSoft form.
