Did you try switching to the default Twenty Twelve theme to see if that changes anything? If it doesn’t, try also temporarily disabling all your plugins.
Your website is not as slow as you think. It takes about 4 seconds to load your home page which is about 800 KB. If you are using shared server, its almost normal.
You installed WP super cache which is fine but as you are logging as admin, you can’t see the cached page. I mean every time you login, it takes about 17 seconds to load your page but as anonymous user, it takes about 4 seconds to load.
I have tried clearing the cache and checked again as suggested without logging into the WordPress admin panel, however, it is same. If You have any troubleshooting steps, please suggest…
It seems something is wrong with your site. Please deactivate installed plugins and then change your theme and see its the problem persists. I think one of the plugins caused this problem.
its because of your hosting. hosting provider server load’s is so high.

you can further optimize some of your images,
you seem to have several redirects,
you have several DNS lookups which have an impact on speed,
you have an issue with your google analytics,
you have an issue with Jetpac,
you have an issue with something called plus.png,

use some of the analysis tools out there pingdom, GTmetrix, Sprout, YSlow …
these will help you trace some of your speed issues,

When you disabled all plugins, it looks like you have a fresh wordpress site and you should not have this problem. I suggest you to repair and optimize tabales of your database using phpmyadmin. I think this is a database problem.
