lost jetpack status after re-installing wordpress

i recently has an issue with my site and had to totally re install word press in order to get it running. and when i reactivated jetpack i lost all my site stats. when i log in to wordpress.com and see my status i see that my previous stats were there but as a separate site and the new installation is separate. how can i resolve this.
