Why doen't Google link to a specific post- rather than the index? (1 post)

Hi, I apologize for not getting this more- but I have a ton of questions, and I've spent literally hours searching similar posts here on the WP forums, and I'm still clueless...

Here's my first question (in two parts).

    1. When I do a Google search of keywords that I've used in my blog, my blogs usually come up in the first page or so- which is great. What is not great is that the title of my Google title is the name of my blog- not the name of my post.

    2. The second part of this problem is that, say I do a search for RFID Vuitton (looking for a post that I wrote on Vuitton perhaps beginning to use RFID technology) my blog comes up, but when I click on it, the index page comes up. I have to search within my blog- go back a couple pages- to get to that post (although Google has content that comes up that is relevant when I search... when I click- I'm on a different page.

    http://www.google.com/search?q=rfid+vuitton&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a

I have a feeling I can do something to fix this, but don't know what.

Thank all you volunteer experts for generosity in sharing your time and brain power!

    Sarah
