Forcing mobile homepage

I have a responsive site. Although I am fully aware that responsive design automatically adapts to the displayed screen, it has some issues with some elements I would very much like to include in my design.

Long story short, I came to the conclusion that I would have to create 2 home pages. so, in essence, I am looking for a way to use a plugin like a mobile theme switcher or any equivalent one, in such a way that whatever theme I select, will automatically linked to a specific (one devoid of the difficult elements like contact forms over java, flash, etc).
