File Change warnings for all files on several sites

    Hi
    I use WP Better Security on all my WordPress sites.
    Over the last few days I have received warnings from several of these sites saying that all the files have been changed.
    Scan Time: Sunday, September 29th 7:09 pm UTC
    Files Added: 0
    Files Deleted: 0
    Files Modified: 2526
    Memory Used: 0 MB

    The list includes all the site files going back to the creation of the site with modification dates going back years.

    I did a malware scan on a couple of these sites and they came up clean but I am concerned that this is the result of some kind of hacking attempt so any ideas would be most welcome.
