    Hello Cie,

Thanks for getting in touch, as you’ve noticed the plugin doesn’t currently do anything special for the Download Monitor plugin.

We periodically add 3rd party plugin support for plugins as we find a need for them, but we also focus on making sure the plugin is “zero configuration” meaning you install it and it just works. There will always be use cases outside of our plugin’s default settings, and we recommend these solutions:

    Free
There are free options for tweaking WordPress user roles (including Webmaster), installing one of these plugins gives you options to tweak their permissions:
    http://wordpress.org/plugins/capability-manager-enhanced/
    http://wordpress.org/plugins/user-role-editor/

This would need to be done on each site you have Webmaster User Role installed

    Paid
We offer a premium service where we will add 3rd party plugin support to Webmaster User Role. We only offer this service if we feel that the plugin fits the use case for the majority of users. In your case, we have to ask ourselves, would most site administrators want their clients to be able to create download links with “Download Monitor”?

I believe your plugin fits our criteria, so we could add support for Download Monitor to Webmaster User Role. Please contact me through our contact form if you would like to move forward with this option and I can send you payment details, etc.

    Best,
    Nathan
