Photocrati Themes

I know I should not use this forum to ask questions about paid themes, but I hope someone from Photocrati reads this msg and tell me why I am no longer able to get support, considering I purchased the theme less than a year ago and why it no longer allows me to customize theme body and header. If anybody sees this questions and is willing to help a 65yo grandma to finish her job, I would really appreciate it. 😀
