javascript conflict with bones theme

    Hi, first of all thank you for your great plugin.

    I was using Admin Coumns 2.0.2 together with Bones starter theme (http://themble.com/bones/), and I noticed a buggy behaviour when adding and removing columns, both in firefox and chrome. But if I switch theme to twentitwelve it works well.

    To test it simply download bones, unload in themes folder, and activate it from themes page. Then load Admin columns settings page and try to remove a column. Javascript link fails. Same goes with other operations.

    The funny thing is, if you first change tab (e.g from entries to pages) it works well. Until you load again the settings page.
