It's possible bring up in the notify only one browser or two?

It is not possible to block IE11, and doing so is an absolutely horrible idea. You can block all versions of any browser (except IE11, because it doesn’t identify itself as IE anymore because people who don’t know what they’re doing continue to block all versions even though IE 10 and 11 are, in a lot of ways, better than other modern browsers like chrome and firefox) via the options in the settings page. All browsers are still offered in the rejection notification, since the block all versions setting is primarily intended for debugging and those browsers are perfectly capable. However, you cold hide them with CSS if you really want to, I suppose.
