• Resolved opwdecks

    Hello,

Been using slimstat for over a year and today I upgraded to 3.3.4. I believe it did not go well as I got an error (I believe it said I was missing a file?) and now there is no “No Data to Display” when I visit the stats.

What should I do? I would prefer not to uninstall and lose my data.

    Thanks in advance!

The “Right Now” shows no data but the “Overview” does if that matters?

It also take a 30-60 seconds to load a page from the stats panel.

Please go to SlimStat > Settings > Views tab, and set Right Now Extended to ‘No’. Let us know if that helps.

    Worked for me as well!

    Hi Camu,
Same problem here after upgrade to latest slimstat version (it was working fine up until latest update).
    Tried as per your suggestion:
SlimStat > Settings > Views tab, and set Right Now Extended to ‘No’
    but no luck.

Maybe you can have a look at my installation, or you have other suggestions?
I can give you full access if you need to.

Might be an idea to set this as default for plugin install.

Can you explain what we lose from the extended option?

    Plugin Author Jason Crouse

    (@coolmann)

Yes, good point. I will change the default to No in 3.4.1. You lose the outbound links that visitors clicked when they left your site. Which are still available somewhere else.

    Hello Camu..

I´m new with the SlimStat pluggin…

I installed the 3 pluggins availables in WordPress

    everything works great,

How ever I need to display the total visitors and the Visitor today in the each post.

I put this code in the “single.php”

    <p>
    Total Visitors: <!–slimstat:count_all_visitors–>
    <p>
    Visitors Today: <!–slimstat:count_new_visitors–>

    nothing happens… nothing displays…

I put also the same code in a widget in the sidebar and same results..

    what i´m doind wrong…? any comments…?

    Thanks in advance..

    BEst Regards

    Hello,
I have the same issue after the recent upgrade.
The solution “SlimStat > Settings > Views tab, and set Right Now Extended to ‘No’ DOESN’T HELP.

    Any other thoughts?

    Thank you!

    Greetings,

Well I use to think the world of Slim Stats but not anymore… I used to have meaningful graphs and statistics and I have nothing but zeros, zero data and a flatline graphs… I’m on the newest version which has the “Right Now Extended” already set to zero and I get Zero Results.

Perhaps if you left well enough alone you would not be having so many problems. If I don’t get this resolved soon I’m uninstalling your product and will look for an alternative.

    Regards,
