My Tabs Aren't Working

And I can’t figure it out. Can anyone help? Here is the code

Energy Huntsville usually meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 8:30 am at the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce, 225 Church Street. Special events or schedule conflicts may occasionally require a change of time and/or venue. Be sure to watch this page for the latest information.
