    Hi Cebronix,
I think you contacted me by email, and I see that you have now got this working due to what seems to have been a jQuery conflict.

    Hi,

I like this plugin, but I am having some issues getting it to work. I have added it to a blog post, but when I click on it, nothing happens. I like the way that cebronix has set it up un his page and I think it is probably just a minor adjustment on my part.

I was hoping to just have the popup show either in the top centre of the page, or in the centre of the page.
My site is not published yet, so I don’t know if I can make the page visible.
    Any suggestions would be welcome.

    Hi Derek,
the plugin works right away unless there’s a conflict caused by other plugins.
firstly, have a look at the source code of your page, and if you find no jQuery script relating to infopopup in the lower part, then this usually means a conflict.

disable plugins in turn until you find the culprit.

If you send me a link to your page, I can also take a look.

    thanks,
    Simon

Hi Derek, I wonder if you could help pinpoint mine also:

I have this installed on WP 3.9.1 and have the same x offset issue. You can view the one test popup I created here: (specifically the White & Yellow Pages Link 2/3 down the list): http://www.seoproconsulting.net/directory-listing-features-publisher/

If you require assistance then, as per the Forum Welcome, please post your own topic instead of tagging onto someone else’s topic.

I am now closing this 7 month old, resolved, topic.
