  • Hi There Franz

Do you by any chance have access to your PHP error logs? It’d be really helpful if I could see the error that was causing this.

I searched on Google for this PHP error file and it seems that I should create it to then have access to error logs…

I have access to my server hosting panel. I installed the WP app through Installatron, available on the server, and it created the database and the basic site I’m working on (I didn’t even need to use FTP).
I’ve just accessed the Root Directory and looked for error files in all folders (httpdocs, wp-related folders etc.), but couldn’t find any specific file. Suggestions?

I checked the guide and found this page about “Internal Server Error”:

    http://codex.wordpress.org/Common_WordPress_Errors

Five ways are suggested, but actually I don’t want to change the theme (so beautiful), nor replace manually “possible corrupted files” I’m not sure about.

If I can help you find a bug, I’m glad, but actually I think I don’t need to change widgets at the moment. Just wanted to try Page Builder to create a better home page, and solve the Widgets page problem, but I have a lot of work to do now and can’t risk to mess up the site.

Thank you again for your help anyway!

Some hosting control panels give you access to your error logs. Another option would be to ask your host to just send you a copy of the error logs and forward those on to me.

    Hey Greg,

I asked the host and found that error logs are available only for a certain kind of business users (and of course it’s not my business plan).
I’ve also just updated the theme and Page Builder, but the error page still appears when I visit Widgets page and Home Page. Never mind, I’ll survive!

Thanks anyway and keep working on this beautiful theme! Bye 😉
