Changes to Forms Don't Update

    I have several custom contact forms that have something entered in these 2 fields:

    (?) Email Subject
    (?) Email From Name

    Since these fields default from the General Settings, I want to remove the content that my admin assistant entered into these 2 fields.

    When I clear these 2 fields on a contact form then click Save, the changes don’t take. When I look at the custom contact form again, the values are still there.

    Second issue: I cannot delete any of the Saved Form Submissions. I check the box and use Bulk action of Delete ~OR~ I click delete button to far right. I see the small spinning wheel, however the form is not deleted.
