Hi, thank you for reporting your issue. Which of the widgets you activated and caused the issue?

This has also happened to me on two sites I have with Cunjo installed…

I understand, but because we tested the plugin prior release and this did not happend while testing i need you to tell me which widget you activate to get this issue, Inline simple buttons, Counter buttons, Elegant bar?

Waiting for your reply, best regards.

Hi: Well I had a few plugins activated, but I deactivated those and just left Cunjo activated, and the content disappeared on all pages. By content I mean everything in the post-content div on the Avada theme I was using. So the header, footer, and sidebar were still there. Looking at the source code, all html was gone in that area so perhaps it wasn’t just a missing end tag like I previously suspected. Deactivating Cunjo made all content reappear again.

The interesting thing was that I had deleted the Cunjo plugin, and after I received your update to this thread I reinstalled it and was going to see if could tell you more, but when I installed it again it all worked fine. We are developing other sites, I have this plugin installed on a boiler plate WP install that I clone for new sites in development, so if it crops up again I will try to do more testing on it and hopefully have more info for you. Could have just been a transient issue so I’m not sure what to tell you at this point – wish I had more info for you on it, but I’m happy it’s working again because it’s the best social plugin available IMHO.

    Many thanks for your response.

Ok, thank you for your thorough response. I think something might-of gone wrong on the activation action. We have quite consistent execution on the wp register_activation_hook(). There are now 11 widgets(layouts) in the core cunjo plugin, and each widget has about 25-30 individual settings (channels, design options, visibility) and each of these individual settings are saved as a row in you db. So the process takes a little bit as how you might of noticed while installing it. The second time you update/activate the plugin it only checks if there are settings transported in register_activation_hook() that do not already exist in your db and adds them. So it is a posibility the second activation fixed the issue.

We have tested the activation on 2 type of servers (low-end/high-end). It never failed to complete the activation actions involved. But as you might know in today’s world you have to be bold to state that you have the perfect script/plugin/widget/theme. To many variables to take in account.

But we are working constantly in developing this and improving every bit reported by our users. So again, thank you for your feedback.

Please, do let me know if the issue appears again.

    Best regards,

    Cunjo team
