4.0 Beta 4: vCita was enabled, sticking checkbox

    Just installed 4.0 Beta 4 (downloaded 2013,0925 1:17a PDT), and the “Enable Online Scheduling with vCita” was enabled, which I didn’t see until I was surprised by the red box on my form. I disabled it, refreshed the form, and the red box was gone but the checkbox was still checked. I unchecked it again, and it seems to be behaving. I can’t duplicate that behavior, but I thought I better mention it.
