Unable to change font in rich text

    I am clueless. We use our site as an ecommerce platform. I have no idea how to code.
    Have used the site successfully for about a year and then 1 week ago I became unable to edit the font size on any of our pages.

    The drop down menu appears giving the standard options but it says “paragraph preformatted’ So everything stays in paragraph sized font.

    I am techno illiterate so if you have a solution, please also tell me where to find
