   New installation, can't login: when go to http://example.com/blog/wp-login.php am redirected to a 403 error page with address wp-admin - error saying this site requires me to login. How do I get my login page to display?

   Could you give your actual site URL or some more information.

   WP installed in 'blog' folder,
   http://greenbrierherbalist.com/blog/

   since I requested help , I downloaded a fresh copy of WP, and replaced the wp-login.php page. Problem still same.

   Clarification: I installed WP 'successfully' and got through the wp-admin/install.php screens, and on the 3rd one clicked on the link to wp-login.php which is the first time I got to the 403 error page. Subsequently, whenever I try http;//greenbrierherbalist.com/blog/wp-login.php, I get redirected to the 403 error message saying the website requires me to login. Per my browser address line, this 403 error page is being displayed from my wp-admin folder.

   Good Day!!!

   I got a website wahm.blogpostie.com but when u type it in the address box, it will not open my website but instead re-directing it to this url, wahm.blogpostie.com/wp-admin/install.php

   Anybody who have ideas what happen to my website and how will i resolve the problem?
