line break (/br) tag does nothing

    Hello,
    I wanted to output just a list of plugin titles, one per line. I thought the following code would do that:

    [plugins_list format=”#Title#</br>”]

    But it does not. The plugins display like this…

    Add From Server</br>Add Linked Images To Gallery</br>Admin Search by ID</br>Advanced Post List</br>Akismet</br>Amazon Link</br>Artiss Code Embed</br>Artiss Plugins List</br>

    Is this a bug, or have I misunderstood something about how this works?
