I seem to not be able to send an email using SendPress.

I am currently logged in to my WP site as admin, and I try to send an email and get a WP error message indicating I don’t have permission to view the page.

I can get up to (what I believe is) the last “Send” button, and that’s when I get the error message.

    Hi jd-fb,

Are you on a multisite network? the plugin checks for ‘manage_options’ and as admin you should have the ability to do that. Could you provide a screen shot and also the support info listed in the right side of the help section. You can email it to josh@sendpress.com so you don’t have to post it here in the forum.

    Thanks,
    Josh

    Hello Josh,

Thanks for the quick reply, and I apologize for my tardy response.

I believe I solve the issue. I was working on a dev site, and had marked all the pages as “private”. I changed the pages to “public”, and now the error no longer appears.

(The error message appeared within the WP Admin pages.)

    Thanks

Hi, Josh. I have the exact same problem as jd-fb, but I am not a multisite network and all my pages are “public.” Still get the “You do not have sufficient permission…” message. Anything else I can do to fix this?
    Thanks,
    Starr

Not sure what could be happening, but we can try to help. Let’s start by gathering some info.

Please remove your URL from the output of support info.

Screenshots of the issue and the URL you get the error on will help.
